About the baker

Meet Bulbul.

Bulbul Ki Bakery started back in 2021 as a pet project — and has been rising ever since. Bulbul is an internet-taught baker who took things further with hands-on workshops at Le Cordon Bleu, Paris (2021), and sessions with renowned chefs across India.

Her goal is simple: to be part of every celebration, small or big — with everything made fresh-to-order, using premium ingredients only.

Only the good stuff goes in — real couverture chocolate, real butter, no shortcuts. Every cake is customized to what you're celebrating, eggless options are available on request, and everything is baked in small batches, so every order gets the attention it deserves.
